Subscription Rule
Users cannot subscribe to both Quiz Game and Luck Number services
simultaneously. To access one, the existing subscription to the
other must be canceled first. Attempting to activate both services
in parallel is not allowed and will result in a failed subscription
request.
How to Use the Quiz Game Service
Note: If a user answers 5 consecutive questions correctly, they will instantly earn 100 loyalty points.
If the user stops answering and dials the short code again, it is considered that the user did not answer 5 consecutive questions correctly, and no loyalty points will be awarded.
Loyalty Program Policy:
A user is eligible to earn loyalty points a maximum of five times per day per phone number, based on correctly answering five consecutive questions. This limit is applied on a daily basis to ensure fair usage.
How to Use the Lucky Number Service
Note: If the customer chooses the correct lucky number, they will automatically receive 200 loyalty points.
How to Cancel
Users can unsubscribe by dialing *420# for Quiz Game or
*420*8# for Lucky Number, then selecting the cancellation
option from the menu.
Turns Expiration & Free Turn
Turns don't have No expiration. All turns (both daily & buy more)
are accumulated as Total Turns until cancellation. Once cancelled,
all Total Turns will expire immediately. All users playing for the
first time will be granted one free chance to participate in either
the Quiz Game or the Lucky Number service.

Users can check their daily scores, as well as the top weekly and
monthly top scorers, by dialing *420# and pressing 3 to view their
scores or 4 to see the top scorers. (For Quiz Game)
How to choose weekly and monthly top scorer winners
A cash prize of 15 Lakhs will be randomly awarded to one of the Top 30 highest scorers of the month.
For weekly rewards, if scores are equal, the player who achieved the score earlier shall be ranked higher.
All weekly and monthly prize winners will be notified via SMS from code number 420. (For Quiz Game)
Score Reset Time
Weekly scores will be reset every Sunday at 00:00 AM, and monthly
scores will be reset at midnight on the last day of each month. (For
Quiz Game)
How long does it take to receive the prizes?
(a) Weekly Phone Bill Winners
Winners will receive their prizes within one week after the winning period ends.
(b) Monthly Phone Bill Winners
Winners will receive their prizes within one week after the winning period ends.
(c) 15 Lakhs MMK and 1lakh winner
Winners of 15 Lakhs MMK and 1 lakh Reward will be contacted by the responsible persons, and their prizes will be delivered within one month after the winning period ends.
Note: The winner will be contacted by the relevant department within two weeks after the prize selection. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks, the prize will be considered invalid. If any fraudulent or unfair gameplay is detected, prizes will not be awarded. In case of any disputes, Mytel’s decision will be final.
